Cornish Yarg: Made at Ponsonooth. Semi-hard texture, covered in Nettles and mould ripened.

Menallack Farmhouse: Hard, mould ripened cheese from Treverva on the Helford River.

Cornish Blue: Cow’s milk cheese made at Launceston. Creamy texture with a blue vein.

Cornish Brie: Full fat, soft cheese made at Newquay from organic cow’s milk. (V)

Cornish Smoke: Hard, full fat cheddar, smoked in Ashwood, deliciously aromatic.

St. Anthony: A rinded, soft goat cheese, made on the north Cornish coast. (V)

Cornish Cheddar: Made at St. Davidstow. An extra mature cheddar.

Stilton: Prime quality, creamy blue cheese.
