Cornus kousa other known as the Korean dogwood or Szechuan strawberry. You will spot these amazing trees around the top of the garden. Producing elegant white bracts in abundance throughout early summer, these trees then go on to wow us with their strawberry-esque fruit (they are edible, although they have more of a pumpkin flavour).

Most flowering dogwoods have rich green foliage throughout the summer months. Then as autumn comes on these trees give us another great showing as their leaves turn from light green to bronze-crimson with vibrant hues of mostly reds and purples. A great plant with multi-seasonal interest.
