2021 rates
30% non-refundable but flexible deposit in the case of a national Covid lockdown, with a 72-hour cancellation period for all new bookings up until 22 Dec 2021 (excluding the period 10 July to 06 Sept 2021).

Some Saturday nights will have a minimum two-night stay restriction in place.

Flexible 30% deposit and seven-day cancellation period for all new bookings from 10 July to 06 Sept 2021.

Please note that deposits are flexible in case of a government imposed lockdown or should you fall ill with Covid-19 or need to isolate.

2021 booking conditions.

For individual reservations we will charge an additional 70% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival. Group bookings are defined as five or more rooms.

For group bookings, we will charge 70% of the total of the rooms cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Any deposits relating to any group rooms cancelled will be non-refundable nor transferrable to another room in the group.

No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday, including meals.


Children

Children up to the age of 16 stay for £30 per night including breakfast in their parent’s room – subject to the suitability of the room to take extra beds. Children’s meals are charged as taken.


Single occupancy of a double/twin room

A discount of £14 applies for single occupancy on a bed and breakfast basis, and £54.50 on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.


VAT

VAT is charged at the standard rate.


Dogs

Should you wish to bring your dog with you, there will be a supplement of £20 per dog per night. Please note we can only accept a maximum of two dogs per room, subject to availability.


Pre-authorisations

You will be required to show the debit or credit card used to pay your deposit upon check-in. If the same card cannot be presented on check-in the Reception team may need to refund the original charge and re-take the accommodation charges from a new card.

Meudon requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card upon check-in. The hotel will pre-authorise this card for the full room rate (unless the room rate has been paid in advance), plus £50 per night per room for any additional charges that you may incur during your stay.

2022 Rates

30% non-refundable deposit, with a 7 day cancellation period for all new bookings up until 22 Dec 2022 (excluding the period 8 July to 9 Sept 2022).

50% deposit and seven-day cancellation period for all new bookings from 8 July to 9 Sept 2022.

Christmas, Recharger and New Year rates 50% deposit upon booking with the balance due 1 December 2022.
