One of the biggest draws to Cornwall is its 400 miles of glorious coastline, with over 300 stunning beaches of all shapes and sizes. You could spend a lifetime exploring the sandy bays, secluded coves, caves, cliffs and harbours of our beautiful county, not to mention the idyllic rivers and waterways. Hotel Meudon is a great place to base yourself for a coastal adventure, in fact we've got a beach at the bottom of the garden where you can hire standup paddle boards (SUP), receive expert tuiton and even join a guided SUP tour of the local coastline and Helford River!

If you are a beginner at sea swimming, would like to boost your confidence in the ocean or brush up on specific technique then Len Hatcher's Swim School (The only Swimming Teachers Association certified 'Centre of Excellence' in Cornwall!) offers tailored sea swimming lessons. You cannot get closer to nature than swimming in the crystal clear waters of Falmouth and it improves circulation, cardiovascular fitness and is also unbeatable fun!
