Q. What happens if I become unwell whilst staying with you?
A. Should you test positive with either a lateral flow or PCR, we kindly request that you inform us via telephone as soon as possible. We can then discuss the situation and make arrangements for your departure. This will also enable us to keep our staff and future guests safe by allowing us time to arrange the necessary deep clean of your accommodation.

Q. Can I eat in the restaurant and what times will I be able to dine?
A. Our restaurant is open. Bookings can be made by calling 01326 250541 or by sending an email to our reservations team at reservations@meudon.co.uk

Q. Do I need to wear a face covering inside the hotel?
A. In accordance with the latest government regulations the wearing of face masks will no longer be compulsory in the public areas of the hotel, however, in certain circumstances our guests and staff may feel more comfortable wearing a mask and we will be fully respectful of individual choice.

Q. Are you taking bookings for locals?

A. Yes, we are welcoming non-residents. Bookings can be made by calling 01326 250541 or by sending an email to our reception team at reservations@meudon.co.uk

Q. Can we just come for a coffee or a beer?

A. Yes, non-residents and locals are more than welcome to visit.

Q. Can I book spa treatments?

A. We are pleased to confirm that our treatment room is open. Our therapists will be following government guidance coupled with industry best practice, and we are committed to offering the very best pamper experience to residents and locals, within those guidelines.

Q. How will you clean my accommodation before and after my stay?

A. A stringent new approach to cleaning has been implemented and will be regularly adapted in line with government guidelines.

Q. Are you still taking dogs?

A. Yes, we are very much a pet-friendly hotel and will continue to deep clean our dog-friendly rooms as usual. Please contact us before booking your accommodation to check availability.
