We hosted our ever-popular Gin and Wine evening in October, which saw the collaboration between Tarquin’s Gin, Ellis Wharton Wines and, of course, our amazing team of chefs. Kicking the night off with a Blackberry Gin and Prosecco Fizz followed by a number of gin tasters, with chef’s scrumptious canapes, Shredded Beef Mini Yorkshire Puddings and Horseradish alongside Crispy Tempura Tiger Prawns everyone was in the very good mood for dinner which was accompanied by the trio of “Swingology” a wonderful toe-tapping, high energy Gypsy Jazz/Swing band .
We left it up to the experts to hand pick their favourite Cornish tipple to perfectly compliment a sumptuous four course dinner designed by our head chef, Teresena.
