Embracing the lightness and simplicity of style that emerged with ‘new cuisine’ in the 1960s, our award-winning restaurant serves fresh produce, creatively prepared. Seasonal menus are based around locally sourced ingredients, cooked to preserve their natural flavours.
The hotel’s proximity to the sea means that we place a strong emphasis on fresh fish and seafood, while our rural setting ensures a plentiful supply of locally farmed meats and fresh, hand-picked vegetables and salads. Our dedicated and passionate kitchen team are proud to work with this fine produce and even forage for ingredients from the hotel garden.
